During the FTBS many current issues for the cooperative banking sector caused, among others, by the war in Ukraine were raised. SoftNet, which is one of the leaders in providing solutions for cooperative banking, also very actively joined the conference proceedings.

Vice President of the Management Board of SoftNet, Piotr Chrzanowski, gave a speech on how to improve and support communication with bank customers. He presented IT solutions supporting communication with bank customers. During his presentation, he discussed the DokNet electronic archive for document storage and management, highlighting its advantages and the ways in which it supports the MailNet application in contact with customers. In addition, he presented ways to profile e-mail recipients and the possibility of monitoring the status of message delivery.
